Where can I pay traffic fines?

You may receive a traffic ticket delivered to your home, but it's inconvenient to go pay the fine at the station. What can you do?

These days, you can do almost everything online, including paying traffic fines. Now, you can easily pay fines without having to go to the station.

1. Krungthai Bank

• Pay through the Krungthai NEXT mobile application
  • Select "Payment" >> Choose the "Popular" tab >> Type "Royal Thai Police" >> Enter the traffic fine details and the 13-digit national ID number
• Krungthai Bank counters at all branches
• Krungthai Bank ATM / ADM machine
  • Select "Traffic Fine Payment" >> Choose savings account >> Enter the ticket number

2. Counter service at 7-Eleven convenience stores

You can make payments at any 7-Eleven store near your home or office.

3. Boonterm

Select the menu "Pay Bills and Goods" >> Choose "Pay Fines" (the ticket must have a barcode)

4. CenPay

A comprehensive bill payment and top-up service within the Central Group, available at over 1,900 service points nationwide, including FamilyMart, Central Food Hall and Tops, Central, Robinson, Big C, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, Home&Beyond, Power Buy, Segafredo, Matsuzakaya Kiyocho, and Super Sports.

6. Pay online with the Department of Land Transport

You can pay traffic fines online 24 hours a day through mobile banking and QR code or via the website https://ptm.police.go.th/, which supports payment by debit and credit cards.

The payment channels mentioned for traffic fines are only applicable for electronic traffic tickets. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an SMS confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact the Call Center at 1220.
