Well, here’s the lowdown: if you don’t pay on time, you might face penalties up to 10 times the toll fee! Let’s break it down.

What is M-Flow?

M-Flow is a next-gen toll collection system that lets you drive through without stopping at toll booths. No barriers, no delays! It uses license plate recognition for cars registered with M-Flow, making your journey smooth and hassle-free.

Can You Reduce M-Flow Penalties?

The short answer is “No”, but don’t lose hope! There are some exceptions:

• Unintentional Non-Payment
  • If you can prove with evidence that you didn’t intentionally avoid payment (e.g., wrong transaction, system issues), you can submit a claim.
  • File your request within 15 days of receiving the notice.

• M-Flow System Errors
  • If there’s a billing mistake or incorrect data, contact M-Flow Call Center 1586 or submit your claim at website.

Not an M-Flow Member? Here’s How to Pay

If you accidentally used the M-Flow lane without being a member, here’s what to do:

• Visit the M-Flow website or the MFlowThai app.
• Select “Used M-Flow Lane Without Membership” and enter your license plate number.
• Get a QR Code and pay via: Bank apps, ATMs, Counter Service, or Krung Thai Bank.
• You can also pay with a debit/credit card.

What Happens If You Don’t Pay Within 7 Days?

Failure to pay within 7 days results in escalating penalties:

• Step 1: First notice to pay the toll + 2x the toll fee within 7 days.
• Step 2: If ignored, a second notice adds a 10x penalty, plus an additional 200 THB fine.
• Step 3: Continued non-payment could lead to legal action with fines up to 5,000 THB.

Vehicles Not Allowed in M-Flow Lanes

Some vehicles aren’t permitted to use M-Flow lanes, including:

• Vehicles with temporary red plates.
• Vehicles with unclear license plates.
• Large trucks, trailers, and tow vehicles.

Accidentally Used M-Flow with a Red Plate?

If you accidentally drove a red plate vehicle through M-Flow, you must settle the payment at designated toll offices like:

• Thanyaburi 1 & 2
• Thap Chang 1 & 2

Alternatively, take a clear photo of your license plate and provide details (date, time, and toll booth) to M-Flow staff.

If you want to use the M-Flow lane for faster and more convenient toll payments, don’t forget to settle the toll fee within the specified period to avoid penalties later!
