You can report the location, time, nature of the offense, license plate, and attach evidence in the form of photos or video clips, and then report to the responsible agency as follows:

• Department of Land Transport: This agency receives reports on vehicle registration and illegal driving, such as vehicles without license plates or vehicles in uninspected conditions.
• Traffic Police: If you see vehicles that violate traffic laws or have been modified to the point of being dangerous, you can immediately report them to the police.
• Hotline 1584:This is a hotline for reporting complaints about illegal transportation and travel, which will allow us to report problems conveniently and quickly, or report illegal vehicles through the following online channels:
