“Marc Márquez” showcased his golden form by winning both the “Main Grand Prix” and the “Sprint Race,” and is now preparing for the next round of the 2025 MotoGP season, which will take place from March 14-16, 2025, at the Termas de Río Hondo Circuit in Argentina.

The 2025 MotoGP season kicked off in Thailand with excitement over three days, attracting a crowd of 224,634 fans from both local and international motorsport enthusiasts, generating a total revenue of 5.043 billion baht. The eight-time world champion from Ducati, Marc Márquez, displayed excellent performance, winning both the “Main Grand Prix” and “Sprint Race.” Meanwhile, “Kong - Somkiat Chantra,” the first Thai rider in MotoGP from Honda, made history in his premier-class race debut, starting from grid 22 and finishing in 18th place, cheered on by the roaring applause from motorsport fans.

The highlight of the race was the battle of top world-class riders, led by “Marc Márquez,” the Spanish rider from the Ducati Lenovo team, along with his Italian teammate Francesco Bagnaia, French rider Fabio Quartararo from Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP, Spanish rider Joan Mir from Honda HRC Castrol, and other world-class riders.

The starting grid for this race saw “Marc Márquez” on pole position, flanked by his brother “Álex Márquez” and “Bagnaia” in the front row. Meanwhile, rookie “Ogura,” who impressed with his performance, battled closely with the more experienced riders and secured fifth place, finishing just 7.450 seconds behind the winner.
